It will also explain how we can contribute to the continued success and profitability of your small business. My name is Bryan Eastman, and my business partner of 6 years is Stokely Weinberg. Stokely and I first met while working together at IBM in 2003. After winning numerous sales contests and exceeding countless sales goals, we realized that we needed to join forces and go into business for ourselves. In early 2004, we founded a real estate company, Innovative Equity Corporation. With more than 80 homes sold in the past 5 years (and that number continues to rise each month), our partnership has proven to be very successful. Our strong suit has always been sales and marketing. Sure, you need to have some understanding of real estate to sell houses. However, what set us apart from the thousands of other companies that seemed to crop up daily in that field was our firm grasp of marketing and sales. We also began to realize that our marketing and sales skills could help other small businesses. Over a 4 month period, we assisted 3 of our close friends with their small business marketing and the results spoke for themselves. A new business was created, and Choice Group Consulting was born.
